1. Who is responsible
The app is operated by La Terreta Games. For any privacy-related question you can write to: info@laterretagames.com.
2. What the app does
“Sensores” shows the list of sensors on your device (accelerometer, gyroscope, light, etc.) and their readings in real time. Sensor readings are processed only on your device. They are not sent to any server of ours and we do not share them with anyone. If you choose to record a session, the readings are saved as a CSV file in the app’s private storage on your device. We cannot access that file, and it only leaves your device if you decide to share or export it. You can delete your recordings at any time from within the app.
3. Data we do not collect
The app has no user accounts and no sign-up. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, health data or financial data, and the app does not request any permission to access them.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows ads through Google AdMob. To do this, the Google SDK may collect and use, on your device and on Google’s servers:
- device and advertising identifiers (for example, the Android advertising ID);
- IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
- interactions with ads and with the app;
- crash logs and diagnostic data.
This data is used to show and measure ads, for analytics and to prevent fraud. Google acts as an independent controller of that data. You can read how Google uses it at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and in the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Your consent
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent form (Google’s User Messaging Platform) is shown when you open the app. You can accept or reject personalized ads and change your decision at any time from the “Privacy” button in the Info tab, when it is available.
You can also limit ad personalization in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads) and reset or delete your advertising ID.
6. Children
The app is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Your rights
Because we do not store personal data about you, we have no information to access, correct or delete. For data processed by Google, you can exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability) through Google or your data protection authority; in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its update date.
